By placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.

Shipping

  • All packages are shipped via USPS 3 Day Priotity Mail.  Free Shipping.   There must be at the minimum a first initial and last name or business name for the ship to address. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

  • Orders received prior to 1 pm Mountain Standard Time, will be sent out the same day.

  • Address corrections and returned packages for USPS packages and any packages reshipped due to incorrect or incomplete addressing errors on the customer's part may incur additional shipping charges. 

  • Management makes no guarantees as to any type of delay due to carrier performance, weather or acts of god/nature.

Returns

  • All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure sterility, we cannot accept returns, but if you have an issue with an order we will do our best to resolve your problem in a timely fashion. hcgDietForYou.com cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during shipping.  No returns will be issued once orders have been processed.
